Just get rid of Title IX
All that matters for collegiate athletics is revenue streams, TV money, and NIL. If we can get rid of womens' sports, there's just that much more money to pour into football staff, facilities, recruiting, coaches, uniforms, gold-plated weight rooms, ......... . Women can just form their own club sports teams and be happy with that.
