A P5 program just allows its locker room to be left to whim of others?

Staff isn't securing the programs assets when the coaches and team aren't in the locker room? That dog just ain't gonna hunt for me. Regardless of ODUs failures, it's malpractice for whoever is in charge of operations for Tech, IMO!
