And 247 rates VT portal class at #36 right now. All just educated guesses.

Plus On3 appears to put virtually zero effort into their transfer ratings. They appear to largely mirror the HS ratings. Still it's early yet. However VT still has positions of need which are barely addressed and I doubt any internet ranking system will take actual roster mgmt into account.
