Sure you can because Oregon's regular season schedule has 4 games

against P4 opponents, 1 Pac-12 opponent, and 1 FCS opponent where they lost by more point to Oregon (home or away) than what JMU did last night. BTW that FCS opponent played yesterday in the NCAA DI Semi-final game too. The only reason you decided to single out Tulane is because you are allowing your bias to cloud your judgment. The reality is a lot of teams would have trouble with Oregon's pace and speed even before you factor in their home crowd which has built a reputation that is on par to Lane Stadium during the Terror Dome Era.
