Antitrust laws don't care whether a G5 will win the FBS national
championship or not. All the laws care about is whether the schools are given the opportunity to compete for it. End of story. Hence why the 10 FBS conferences and Notre Dame are co-owners of the organization that run the FBS Playoffs, they agreed that any changes to their bylaws and rules require all 11 owners support, and they don't define which 5 conference champions should receive the automatic bids. They don't want to mess with antitrust laws because they know they will lose 99.99999999999999999999999999999% of the time. However, if you want to go 12 rounds with the antitrust laws, then have at it. I'll grab a ringside seat for this fight which will be shorter than Mike Tyson's shortest fight.

No G5 team should be ranked unless they are undefeated with at least 2 P4

Here's the problem with the blowouts. And this goes for P4 blowouts, too.
