We REALLY need to let that trope die. Coaches no diff than anyone...

You want to be where you are, until you have an opportunity to advance your career somewhere else. This is a function of seeking to compete at the highest level, and nothing to be afraid of. I WANT a coach that wants to do so well at VT, ND comes and steals him away.
