Now they will stick around if we can outbid the top competition, but we can’t, even with the $200M over the next 5 years. I’m sorry, but this is the reality today. Somehow putting a cap on NIL will help, but that might be challenged in court. Any new coach/GM/AD will have to deal with these constraints. And what happens when every college decides to increase their commitment by $200M over thr next 5 years 🤔
