So it’s just money for the re-org?

I’m just not sure increasing to a 200m budget means tech maximizes. At the end of the day, VT and UVA are both in the same boat, they will not reach the upper crust of CFB. There’s 10-15 programs and it’s an exclusive club, both could outspend everyone and their money, and neither have any chance of replicating brand relevancy, NFL potential, talent development, etc. The reason both programs had their golden years was because recruiting was your state and a state over. Rondae and Tiki Barber would have made a mil each to play at Georgia today. And forget about the money Mike Vick would have gotten to go to the SEC. So you have to win on the margins - spending money doesn’t ensure that. Spending money doesn’t actually maximize? Not to be harsh, but from the outsider, all we see is an athletic department that doesn’t do anything great going for broke… that is why I’m genuinely curious about how this spent and its purpose.
