Given Vandy's schedule, it will probably need to go 4-0 in OOC games if it

wants to play in a bowl game. I agree with you that if the program wants to change how it is trending, then winning games at home is a great place to start. If South Carolina ends up winning the game, then hopefully the loss doesn't carry over into the Vandy game similar to what fans saw happen in the JMU game after the loss to Boise State.
