It's easier than easy to bet on something you're not supposed to. Hell, I

live in Virginia, so that prohibits me from placing bets on any Virginia school, our Hokies or UVA, for example, but I got friends that live outside the borders of the Commonwealth. I haven't done it much, and I wish I had done it more, but I'll have to do is make a phone call and venmo the money, and have somebody place the bet for me. I wish I would have started doing it earlier, because I could have made bank when Fu was here betting against us. Anybody that thinks the NCAA and it's "rules" keep it in check, athletes gambling or being influenced by it, is living in a fantasy world. It's one reason why I never bet the spread on anything. I think an athlete is less inclined to throw an entire game, a win versus a loss, but that spread is fair game. Don't ever touch it.
