Exactly. His strengths are perfect for today's college game.

NFL, not so much. NFL coaches have zero to do with acquiring talent, and out of all this year's playoff teams, only one coach (Sirianni) is not a super strong X&O type. And he's perpetually on the hot seat. However, all that being said, Deion's presence would amplify the already sideshow-like nature of the Dallas franchise, and that may be the thing Jones values the most.
