This is the crap that gets to me. If a kid wants to stay at Virginia Tech,

or whatever school he committed to, they shouldn't be run off. I'm fully aware that the scholarship is an annually renewable agreement, but when a kid says they're going to go to a school to further their education, the damn school should stick by their word. All of them.

Many academic scholarships require the student to maintain a certain
