It would still be nice to see Babcock or whomever has access to that money

tap into their inner JW and "make the most of it" (not going to say stretch it). At least until the money starts flowing in on a more regular basis. If VT is going to get back to having multiple winning seasons in this era of "big business," then VT may need to start out by getting the most bang for its buck until the foundation is firmly in place.
