Inferiority complex I see

VT budget NOW is the same as Clemson and FSU, and they are prepared to compete for a name coach and make a swing. Amazing VT has a 200 million dollar athetlic dept 12-14 million for JUST the Head coach, but many perceive VT as the OLD VT with a 120 million dollar budget.
