6+ wins would qualify as a spectacular in-season

turn-around. We will be lucky to hang on to him then, because everyone else will come calling as well. Two weeks ago we were staring down the barrel of an 1-11 season. If Monty gets to 4 wins, we should start talking to him seriously at that point. Waiting until season end, or win 6+ will be too late. But, of course, this is VT I am talking about.
