I understand but it seems there are zero rules

But if you disagree at all ya go to court and get what ya want. Keep in mind that almost all players will never sniff the nfl so human nature says they will stay in college as long as possible as the pay to play is more than they make selling cars. The house of cards is folding. Oh well
