Yeah VT had entire seasons unable to score 31 with 100% of starters healthy
Letting go of a 3-possession lead in the 3rd quarter is honestly more the defense's fault than anyone else's on the team. To zero in, it was the re-emergence of giving up giant chunk yardage plays, something that they had mostly done away with this year compared to the previous 2 years.
