Pry and Marve have been on a 3 year downward slide. I did think Bowen's first half was something approaching genius. To put up 31 without your two most important players available, in a place where VT has historically struggled, is impressive. But Pry and Marve once again displayed their consistent shortcomings. Horrible tackling and honestly, a general lack of effort on run D, have been hallmarks of the Marve "system". And Pry... my gosh. Continues to look alternately baffled or clueless in important situations. Clock management and situational awareness have not improved AT ALL in three years, and may even be worse this year. Dude is clearly way over his head as a HC, and it shows.
