Lou Holtz's Arkansas Razorbacks upset the #2 Oklahoma Sooners 31-6 in the 1978 Orange Bowl on January 2, 1978. Despite being 18-point underdogs and suspending three key starters. Don't remember the details but suspending those 3 starters was a big deal and the right thing to do.
