Division I should formally split into 3 distinct divisions for football

FBS (current G5) may play SPS (Semi-pro subdivision, current P4) and FCS. No games allowed between SPS and FCS. All three have their own championship with FBS going back to a Bowl +1 championship. SPS would have a 12-16 team playoff. FCS would continue with a 24 team playoff.
