ND is good for a couple big TV games a year for us

A few million a year, I guess for each school if that. Could it be that much? They seem replaceable to me, but the way I see it, we are both getting the same thing from each other, consistent access to big games. We provide them with FSU, Clemson, Miami and a few more from time to time that end up as big games for them, and they provide ND to play our teams in exchange. If we cancel that, then we are just competing against each other to get big OOC games on our schedules. Not great for either. For us, we just get put into the same boat as the B12 in that respect.

The ACC exists because of the GoR. ND is additional window dressing...

Because they do, they have been independent since early 20th century

The options for ND w/out the ACC aren't good either.
