I don’t understand how people can’t differentiate betweeen…
…a healthy 15-year working relationship..
…and a “personal relationship”.
Has nobody followed a great boss to a new job? Or hired a former coworker away to a better company?
It happens *all the time* in business. And FOR SURE in football. Heard of a “coaching tree”?
