Absolutely not. That's a false premise that people are hyping up with

Franklin. He's going to recruit to VT about how VT typically recruits. He won't suddenly out recruit Penn St. to VT, for example. Just win and have fans who start donating more and recruiting will take care of itself whether we hire Franklin or Chesney. Don't expect any major difference IMO.
