Fuente is/was a better pure HC. Pry is a better culture fit but lacks the

Judgement, decision making and acumen that goes with the role. You can see clearly the job is too big for him. He coaches SCARED. Also, Fuente wasn’t given the tools, resources, and support that comes with the job. Guess who can can blame for that part??? Maybe if he was given the same tool set Pry has been given things would have turned out differently? I wasn’t a Fu fan for the reasons listed above, but he really wasn’t given the same chance to succeed as Pry has, and look what Pry has accomplished this far….his best is AVERAGE.
