Every game should feel like the biggest game for every coach, staff, player

.... if it doesn't, then we just have to wrong people in-charge. We really need players to buy into this and LEAD each other to that attitude. I feel like our team of the late 90s and early 2000s had student leaders who did just that. Who are they now?
