GC/Cville/Rev, who in college coaching today does “more w/ less” the best?
Based on your understanding/hunch what their rev share and NIL budgets are, can you name some that more often than not overachieve and ‘figure out’ how to win in spite of less than ideal $$? I guess I’m more curious at P4 level b/c obviously there’s a company of mid major coaches that do it. And I’m assuming you’d put CMY on this list somewhere, I’m interested in other names..I’m not posting this fishing for CMY replacements, just genuinely curious since clearly VTMBB is in the camp of having to win with limited resources.

Although, Stalin never snuck out of town at the end of five years... if anything, people snuck away from *him*, but that's a different subject.
Tear down - rebuild - rebuild more - use current job to recruit for the next - reach the heights then grab what you can on the way out in the middle of the night. (Did he ever know Robert Irsay?) The Program, except for more name recognition, goes back to about where it was at the beginning of the plan.
