Its not the be all, end all but the ESPN matchup predictor has us at a +50% chance of winning in only 3 games- NC A&T, Navy and home vs UVa.

basketball players will get better as the season goes along. Granted, the competition also does but MY is a good coach on the court. Hamstrung with roster management challenges, part of which he and his staff shoulder the blame for but a big chunk, they do not.

Brent the water hydrant left him with NOTHING talent-wise and he went 16-16. And VT won't win but 6-10 games this season?

I expected the ACC to be a bit better than it’s showed so far, and of all the teams we probably have the most inexperience driven upside meaning we should get better faster than other teams as the team plays together more.

so far in the season, as VT. Go to ESPN and check out the other teams and who they have lost to so far. Lots of Jacksonville type losses so far by teams picked above VT. Meatchicken could be another bad loss like PSU. This VT squad will take at least until mid Jan. to play as a team.
