Already a huge JMutty fan, but wow, what an impressive young man, in all respects. We are blessed to have such folks representing Virginia Tech. It seems like this team is not only really deep, long, with lethal shooters. It also seems to be full of high-character guys. I was incredibly impressed with the candid comments from Maddox recently about the taking tough feedback from coaches and growing as a player. Hunter has long been a great ambassador for the program. And I haven't heard Lynn Kidd in interviews, but he seems to have been patient and really been working on his game. As a four-star transfer I can imagine he would have expected a lot of playing time last year, yet we never saw him. I kind of expected him to transfer again after last season given the nature of the portal these days. Yet it seems like he is developing like Maddox did and the potential payoff could be huge. To have Justyn specifically call him out like that was really encouraging. The ceiling is very high for this year's team. Yes, I'm a homer. But the pieces seem to all be there.
