Cassell Coliseum. Make renovations, yes. Tear it down, no.
I don't think we want a cavernous arena type of thing. Cassell has a close to the court, intimate type of atmosphere. I don't want to see that vanish.
There are some things you demolish, and some things you upkeep. Cassell Coliseum is the latter type.
