Announcer kept saying “airborne shooter.” What does that have to do with the price of tea in China? Flagrant fouls are for excessive or unnecessary contact. Last time I checked, guys are allowed to attempt to block shots, which is what Dorn did there. And when you slow down the replay, there was barely any contact at all. The SMU guy anticipated it and fell and that’s why it looked worse than it was. A replay should have helped the refs see that. Instead, it leads them to call a flagrant? Just awful.
