TA&M point guard has ball on hip near half-court letting clock run late in the game. Announcer describing his every move. Picks up one foot, wipes off the bottom, picks up the other foot, wipes off the bottom, adjusts his sweat band, starts his dribble…
Never occurred to anyone, announcers, referees or coaches - that’s against the rules.
