...and I don't feel like taking a lot of smack from my co-workers. 🤨 I've been to a few Spiders games this year and here's my take: They often get off to a very slow start and it can take them the entire half to find their range. If we can start off hitting early in the game, and they have their usual slow start, it could put them in a pretty big hole. They have a couple of big plodding centers who are easily rattled. If we can be aggressive with them they will be ineffective. They also tend to get beaten under the boards, so taking it straight to them would work in our favor. They tend to turn the ball over a lot so, again, putting on a lot of pressure would be very beneficial. But here's the thing: They are good enough to have beaten #18 Dayton ~twice~. And they won the A10 regular season. So VT has to be on their game, or the Spiders will take this one away. If we have a cold start, or a lot of turnovers, the night could go very badly.
