Assuming staff told Carter thanks, but no thanks? Missouri basketball

with only one season over 500 the last four years and only five conference wins this year. To my knowledge their program hasn't been a dominant force in the last decade. Don't see how MY loses this recruiting battle, especially after winning the ACC championship. Only thing I can think here is that he has someone more highly ranked ready to sign in place of Carter.

Mizzou is 7.5 hours closer to Dubuque, IA than Tech.

Unless he’s been here before he couldn’t “like the campus more”.

Unfortunately we'll never know what he thought of the VT campus...

Believe the perception is that when we lose a player to a SEC program
