It gives him......

a good headstart on the rest of his life, whatever path he chooses, and he used the system instead of letting the system use him. Good luck to him and best wishes that he uses his stake wisely. Hopefully with new leadership in the VTAD and VTBB will learn to better play the game as it now exists and not be a perennial farm team picked over by other programs.
