There is no rush. He understands that the money comes first.
If I were him I would put all of my time and energy into fund raising and supporting FB in every way possible. The basketball programs are stable and are not going anywhere. I would guess it will be this time next year when he starts formulating his plan to take MBB to the next level. He may be happy with where the WBB program is right now.
