Very well said !! Actually it is an elite post. There are several others

(behind the scenes) that do yeoman's work that don't ever seek credit/public recognition. There are also several that have made relentless recommendations over and over and over again, and they simply fall on deaf ears. I will also be very careful, but this is going to go down as an example of lack of communication, messaging, and intentionality. Most don't know what goes on with these conversations, but many would jump in to help if properly motivated and shown the impact. But reluctancy to embrace moving forward with outward messaging rears its ugly head again. It could be as simple as saying (this whole winter) that we feel like we are in a good place with football. "So, we need to raise another "x" amount to help with basketball." And it probably would happen. By saying another "X" amount, you never give away how much you actually have, so no trade secrets are shared.
