VT ChemE 1986

It is a fact. If you take the time to peruse articles covering college

basketball over the last couple of years you will understand what I am saying. If we finish 8-4 in the OOC and then go 11-9 in the ACC, we will be left out. Period. End of story. We will be left out because the ACC lost that extra NCAA slot by our OOC performance.
