There's reason for everyone involved to inflate their numbers

Players obviously because it sets their market. Collectives because it can send articles to recruits "showing" the money they have available. The only people it doesn't benefit to inflate their numbers are national companies or businesses that are doing one-off deals on the side. And...surprise, surprise...we never hear any particulars on those deals...only speculation driven by collectives, spurned coaches looking to invigorate their fan base to donate and players who have zero interest in saying they're making much less than is reported

Kidd is averaging 8 points per game over his last 5 ACC games. He scored 2

You're cherry-picking your stats. Look at the whole body of work, son.
YBYSAIAHokie 01/19/24 10:48 AM ET
He’s basically a mid-major all-conf center, but barely mid-pack P5.
marcbvtgm 01/19/24 05:47 PM ET
performance against ACC tier (and NCAA tier) competition is what matters

GCHokie34 01/19/24 11:11 AM ET

GCHokie34 01/19/24 09:50 AM ET

YBYSAIAHokie 01/19/24 10:53 AM ET
