Does anybody really......

adhere to the rules anymore? Did they ever? I think some schools made much more of an effort to comply, think 60 in a 55, however, I also think everyone's speed is creeping up because they realize no one is minding the store anymore. Schools getting in trouble nowadays are either blatantly stupid or likely pissed somebody off badly.
