It would be easily voidable if you try to contest when an athlete breaks the "contract" because what they entered into was knowingly illegal. A NIL collective wouldn't want that heat on the school or themselves so they try to do it with verbal agreements or handshake agreements. But those are just very easy to walk away from. It is happening at other schools, but everyone who frequents this board is hyper focused on VT, so it can *seem* like they're the only ones it is happening to...which goes for a lot of topics, but especially true here
