Leave open for further debate. Because if answering "done it successfully"

depends what the metric of successfully is. Is it a one time thing or is it sustained? Is it player's success or overall team success? I think this is the crux of debate between posters here, along with debating going after transfers that are only gonna be a 1 year influence or potentially be here for 3 years. There are to many caveats, as I listed, that one can twist to fit their definition of success with the players you listed. I could do the same thing for the transfers that were "duds" as CatDaddy listed or people that have left the program. its all open to interpretation The jury is still out with the transfers on the team because the season isn't over and their time here at VT isn't done till they run out of eligibility or they leave. then we can all go into handwringing if they are or are not successful for VT
