I obviously can't say for sure but from what I've heard Nebraska's NIL

may be close to double what VT currently has to offer. To your broader point, my heart agrees that it CAN/COULD happen at VT with the right approach and some commitment to winning again. My head tells me it's going to be a long time before that becomes even a possibility. Stinks.
