No...

I'm not sure how far back you'd need to go to find an Oak Hill starting 5 better than what VT landed...but Oak Hill hasn't been "Oak Hill" for quite some time Schools like Paul VI, Bishop O'Connell or many of the WCAC schools all have diluted the need to go to Oak Hill from the region. And IMG has far surpassed them nationally.
