They bought a heck of a year. When teams win now it is not because

they earned wins, it is because they bought them. That is the only way uva could have a successful football season. In MBB and WBB they had plenty of money to buy players or they would not have any post season opportunities. If you don't believe that look at Vanderbilt. They have been doormats in the SEC for decades but when it became acceptable to pay players they suddenly became relevant. They now have football, MBB, and WBB. All because they have money. College sports have become a joke.
