if ADs/coaches are halfway smart about how they communicate with NIL partners...and they make it clear to their players that if they want the ducats to keep flowing, they better keep a lid on how/when deals get done...how does the NCAA enforce rules if there's no trail of evidence to support an accusation of rule-breaking? "Everybody knows it" isn't enough to warrant punishment. The relaxed transfer rules (the "portal" isn't really an issue, I think that's helpful or at worst neutral for everyone involved) are an issue. One "free" (not sitting out a year) transfer is reasonable, but they're should be no more after that...no grad, no whatever if you already used your freebie. I don't see how guys like Bamisile playing for 4 different schools is good for anyone.
