While the things you mention are indeed frustrating,

it seems like we forget that all teams commit errors like that. The team we lost to last night...the hottest team in the league...the team many think is the best in the league? Blew an 8-pt lead in the last 2:26 to lose by 3 to Pitt...3-11 comedy-of-errors run to end the game. We're 4th in the league in fewest turnovers. 5th in turnover margin. 2nd in assist/turnover ratio. Doesn't really seem indicative of a team operating at or below the high school level.
