If I score 100 points, but miss a FT to win the game, I didnt lose the game
Refs miss calls, it doesnt count more late. It is certainly noticed more late because fans (and many times coaches and players) want to find somewhere to place the blame anywhere except within.
You cant change the refs. You can only work on the things you can control. Whining about missed calls is just time spent making yourself a worse version of what is needed. They turned the ball over. A lot. They usually dont. Start there.
