Most people would agree that MY is close to retiring and only MY knows how

many more years he has left in the tank. I would think one question that could continue to pop up during the offseason is "Does the amount of change MY makes (or doesn't make) to his staff give any indication on how long he plans to continue doing this job?" At least it is human nature for people to want to read the tea leaves.
