It’s just a coping mechanism for the Hoos. They try to pass UNC off as

their real rival, which even they know is a load of bull. Anytime someone tries to argue that they don’t care about the clash, I point to the 2019 football loss where they stormed the field after beating us. They seemed to care then haha As for their “haha no rings” argument, whatever. I’m not convinced we won’t win a championship eventually in one of the big 3 sports.
