It’s about how OOC resumes are viewed

Conferences can game the NET by having teams play cupcakes in non conference to boost their efficiency metrics. THEN they pad their NETs Q1/2 resumes inside the conference because there are more of those games in conference Now if we’re 45 in NET AND a team is 40, WILL the committee look at our OOC SoS (it’s the best it’s been in top 40 right now) vs number 40 having an OOC SoS in the 200s?
